Please note the people in the above photo are professional bird feeders. Do not attempt this yourself. White Rock Beach attracts people to the beach year-round. Feeding the seagulls with a view of the ocean is something you cannot do in Langley, Abbottsford, Burnaby, etc. White Rock Beach also offers lots of FRESH AIR.
