Lucky & Sugar-toes, when not taking COOL sunsets at White Rock Beach like below, are always looking for COOL things to do and photograph in BC and Washington State.

While out driving Lucky spotted 150b St  off 24 Ave near 152 St. in South Surrey and has been back a few times. We had visited this area April 1, 2012 and did the posting  Springtime in #WhiteRock & #SouthSurrey #BC. We have talked to 3 different residents from this street and they all are real friendly. A few residents walk to the end of the White Rock Beach pier from their house on 150b St in South Surrey.  We often walk from the beach to Ocean Park on 16 Ave and 128 St, then to 24 Ave and on to 152 st and back to the beach, racking up 18 to 20 km.  If you visit this street please park on 23a Ave and walk over to 150b St. Please do not park or turn around in people’s driveways.

There are squirrels in the area –  NO JOKE, please break for the squirrels. If a black squirrel crosses your path it is a sign of LUCK.  A black Squirrel crossed my path en route to taking these photos. It was an overcast white sky, but the clouds opened up shortly after arriving to expose a nice BLUE sky, giving us the opportunity to get some really COOL photos. Once we got back to the beach and put the camera away and started downloading these images the rain started.  How LUCKY is THAT!  These photos do not lie!

Roger stopped to talk to LUCKY as he had the biggest lens (100 to 400mm zoom) on his camera from all the people taking photos. YES, LUCKY is a professional photographer and web designer and works for Virtual Edge Communications. Lucky’s photos have been on TV,  in newspapers, magazines, the Weather Network, and a gazillion websites like WhiteRockBeach.ca. Roger is a believer in LUCK and meeting  a Lottery Squirrel wearing sunglasses and one dressed in PINK wearing pearls — how LUCKY is THAT!
