High quality photographic prints can be obtained from the computer file. Finally, we hope and think, we have 90% of the activities organized.  We are still waiting for the volunteer details of the paddleboard races, street parties and the parade.  Everyone who gave a t-shirt size on their application will be accommodated.  Those who did not will be given a XL shirt.

Thanks to Patricia, we have some more leads to Class 4+ drivers for the shuttles.   We are hunting them down right now and hope to be successful in getting some more drivers.

On Saturday July 28 & Sunday July 29, we will be manning a booth inside near the food court in the Semiahmoo Mall at 1701, 152 St, Surrey.  There is a bus stop in front of the White Spot Restaurant and lots of free parking.  A few helpers would be appreciated.  Saturday hours are 10-6pm and Sunday hours are noon – 5pm.  We need to set up before that time each day.

****Volunteer Orientation will be from 1-3 pm on Sunday July 29 in Semiahmoo Mall in the former Shoe Warehouse site.  It is near the food court and food court doors.  It is very important that you attend to find out what you are doing, where you are going, what is happening and what is expected from you. ****

We will also be double-checking volunteer positions and work times before and after the orientation.  This year there are new positions being offered that might interest you.  Parade barricades must be manned by at least one person 18+ in age.  If you are unable to attend the Orientation, we will be in contact with you in the last few days before the Festival to slot you into the volunteer grid.
