The 63rd Spirit of the Sea Festival on White Rock beach needs your help.

Could you plan an arts activity, organize races, guard a parade road barricade, or set up signs? We would greatly appreciate your help.

Old, torn and sometimes photos in two or more pieces can be restored to their original state or better. Ric Wallace does a high resolution scan from your original image and electronically uses a computer to do the retouching and corrections. High quality photographic prints can be obtained from the computer file. The computer file can be supplied on CD/ DVD, USB, or downloaded from the internet to ensure exact copies can be made for years to come, with no loss in quality like prints made from negatives which will degrade over time.

Please register as a volunteer, or join our next 2012 Production Team meeting, Thursday June 21, 6pm at the Semiahmoo First Nation church. Everyone is welcome!

It takes at least 250 volunteers to make the Spirit of the Sea Festival a safe and fun weekend. With good weather, we expect 80,000 visitors!

We are currently looking for people to plan arts activities, organize races, guard road barricades during the parade, and set up/take down signs and equipment at night.
