Fall has arrived in Lynden!
For both locals and visitors alike, fall is the time for “getting ready” in Lynden! Area crop farmers are putting some final winter preparations on fields, the pumpkin patches are seeing jack-o-lanterns in waiting disappear, summer clothes are being putting away while something a little warmer is coming out of storage and visitors are enjoying the multi-colored festival that nature provides in the trees.
Area merchants are in the final stages of working holiday magic on store shelves, with stock arriving in back rooms anticipating the quick change over from “store” to holiday wonderland!
Worried about what to do when the cool chill brings us inside? How about a visit to the Lynden Pioneer Museum? Or a blast from the past with the childhood memories at the Lynden Skateway? Maybe a visit to the Fairway Shopping Center or a hot fudge sundae from the the Grover Street Edaleen Dairy?
Food, friends, fun and fall. It is what you want to make it. So come enjoy the Lynden community and make so wonderful memories!

Old, torn and sometimes photos in two or more pieces can be restored to their original state or better. Ric Wallace does a high resolution scan from your original image and electronically uses a computer to do the retouching and corrections. High quality photographic prints can be obtained from the computer file. The computer file can be supplied on CD/ DVD, USB, or downloaded from the internet to ensure exact copies can be made for years to come, with no loss in quality like prints made from negatives which will degrade over time.
