The residents of White Rock Beach, us included, would say all day long. Last week at about 4:30 am & 6 am we heard the train whistles just a blowing. In the evening about supper time you might see 4 to 6 trains.

If you come to White Rock Beach and park for 4 hours, you will most likely see a few.
