A low pressure system over the BC Central Interior this morning will strengthen as it moves southward to the southern interior this afternoon. Associated with the system northwest winds of up to 80 km/h will develop over parts of the BC South Coast. The winds are expected to ease early Saturday morning as the system moves southward to Washington state and weakens.
