Residents and visitors to White Rock Beach, British Columbia are advised to take caution along the edge of Semiahmoo Bay at White Rock Beach on January 1, 2015 between 11 am and 1 pm. Many BC residents think they are polar bears and will be seen doing a mad rush into the cold water at 12 noon.
