SummaryRainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm have fallen overnight over the Lower Mainland and now the next frontal system is approaching Vancouver Island and this will give further amounts of 10 to 30 mm before it eases this afternoon. Amounts will be heaviest near the North Shore with total amounts exceding 50 mm. A third frontal system will cause heavy rain to redevelop Tuesday night and continue into Wednesday morning.
