Today was day 64 of being on the White Rock Beach Diet & Exercise program. After adding 16 km to my logs, my total was my area code (604) ~ 604 km. Another milestone: it was my 100th trip up the Oxford Street hill. All this adds up to 35 pounds of weight loss and a stronger heart. A blood test on my next doctor’s visit may show more good results.
